"Initially, my husband and I both thought sleep “training” was sort of a new school ideal that was just not necessary, till we experienced our firstborn.   Our firstborn was one of those super smart, social babies/kids that was just too smart and too aware for sleeping, and he was held ALL the time since he was born, so not only was he just not a naturally born sleeper, we also encouraged him to not ever want to sleep alone. Without exaggeration, he would wake every 20-40 minutes screaming and wouldn’t relax back down to sleep unless he was nursed and rocked. Then once he was back asleep, he’d wake up within 20-40 minutes screaming again, and again, and again. This continued all night long. My husband and I both struggled mentally, emotionally, and physically - one of us ended up in the hospital with serious reoccurring stroke like symptoms from sleep deprivation…something had to be done.  But not just something like crying it out something…which did NOT work for us, nor did any other free advice from friends and family. Our desire for our son was to enjoy sleeping; to enjoy the night time process. We wanted him to feel confident going to bed, not feel like we abandoned him to cry it out. Kids should enjoy their sleep and look at it as a good, normal, healthy thing to do. Could this actually be achieved with a kid like ours? Was he too familiar with this unhealthy sleep pattern at 14 months? I didn’t know. All I knew was I needed some serious help. So I did some research and God gave us Sam.  Sam saved our lives. She was an incredible coach to us. She was attentive and she listened to our needs. She created a program and tailored it to our son. She explained the program’s steps simple enough for us to understand and encouraged us throughout. She was so patient with me with every question I asked - and I asked a lot of questions. The results you ask? Better than expected. Our son has slept perfectly through the night since he finished his program AND he enjoys going to bed. We do our routine together and he goes in his crib and literally talks to himself and sings himself to sleep. Sometimes, he just sings in his crib for a hour, then he decides to actually fall asleep. He’s happy in his crib and he is independent and confident. I didn’t think it was possible - we could not have ever achieved this without Sam and her tailored program for our son. I will always continue to seek her advice for our son and our daughter now. There truly isn’t a night that passes by without me thinking of Sam and how thankful I am for her coaching."

"Oh my goodness Sam, thank you so so much, from the bottom of my heart for our chat today. Your openness and transparency and realism was so very appreciated and I was in desperate need of that boost as I had definitely lost faith after the last few months. I had a big cry of relief after speaking to you. You are amazing. She laid herself down and went to sleep!!!! I am stunned and so so proud of our girl"

“Thank you to Sam for her help and guidance and honesty about this process. It was so helpful to get her point of view as a mama that has also been through it. I really appreciated her sharing her journey with us”

"There are no words to express my deep gratitude to Sam. Alex got worse before she got better so I had the hardest time but Sam was there every step of the way to help me with kindness, patience and skills"
